What’s New In ArtHouse Spirits DAO Whitepaper? V2 Version!
GM! We’re thrilled to announce the latest updates to our ArtHouse Spirits DAO web3 project. Our team has been hard at work developing a new and improved roadmap, which includes major upgrades to Membership NFTs, Treasury NFTs, Voting Power, Treasury Audits, and Treasury Liquidation Events.
In this article, we’ll delve into each of these key changes and how they will enhance the overall user experience.

1) Membership NFTs ♣️
Our Membership NFTs are the cornerstone of the ArtHouse Spirits DAO project and have undergone some exciting upgrades. In addition to unlocking a sustainable yield paid out in ERC-20 tokens from liquidation events in the Treasury, these NFTs now grant access to exclusive luxury events with VIPs and industry experts. Plus, as a member, you’ll also receive a share of the ArtHouse Spirits Treasury.
(There is also the possibility of redeeming Membership NFTs for physical bottles, after the DAO approves.)
2) Treasury NFTs 🖼
The Treasury NFTs are an exciting addition to the ArtHouse Spirits DAO project and offer even more value to members. To become an owner of a Treasury NFT, you must first own a Membership NFT. These limited-release NFTs increase the value of the ArtHouse Spirits Treasury and give you the power to vote on DAO proposals, giving you a say in the future direction of the project.
(There is also the possibility of redeeming Treasury NFTs for physical bottles, after the DAO approves.)
3) Voting Power 📪
We believe that every member should have a say in the future direction of the ArtHouse Spirits project, which is why we’ve included voting power in our latest roadmap. Treasury NFT holders will have the ability to vote on DAO proposals, with the number of votes each NFT holder has determined by the size of their investment. Early investors will have more influence, with the voting power decreasing in later sales.
4) Treasury Valuation ⭐️
To ensure the safety and transparency of the ArtHouse Spirits Treasury, we have implemented regular audits. Our physical Treasury in the Netherlands is secured with state-of-the-art technology and is insured for its yearly value. At least once a year, an independent third-party company will conduct a valuation process of the bottles within the Treasury and make the results visible to all NFT holders.
5) Treasury Liquidation Events 📈
We know that our members are looking for opportunities to receive a return on their investment, which is why we’ve included Treasury Liquidation Events in our new roadmap. Only Membership NFTs are automatically staked and eligible to receive a part of the revenue paid in ERC-20 utility tokens during these events.
